Today's message at church about our attitudes couldn't have been more fitting. What we should all strive to have, no matter our circumstances, is an attitude of gratitude. Thanksgiving produces: 1) Faith 2) Grace 3) Generosity of heart. This time of year, and always, it so much better to give than to receive. That's probably why I am broke. I LOVE giving people presents.
This year for Thanksgiving we went to Atchison to visit JT's side of the family. We don't get up that way much...it was so nice to see them. Aidyn, our nephew, is getting so big and CUTE! Can't wait to add a baby boy to the mix of three "quarterblack" babies. lol
I spent the majority of my time off decorating the house for Christmas, cleaning the house, baby room decorating, wrapping presents (I AM DONE!), making shower gifts for my shower next weekend, and more cleaning.
Yesterday was the start of my third trimester. Hard to believe it, but we are almost there! Isaiah is moving a ton these days. He is really enjoying all this Christmas music I have been playing. I am so lucky to have such good friends. I went to my friend Krissy's house yesterday to pick up a few baby items to borrow. She gave me 2 tubs of boy clothes, a baby bijorn, and a breast pump. YAY for help! SO NICE of her. :)
Looking very forward to this month and the months ahead. I am thankful every day for God's blessings! Here are some "lately" photos.
