Month of firsts
Can't believe it's already July. Although the weather makes me believe...Holy HOTNESS!
Isaiah has had a couple of "firsts" this month.
The day he turned 4 months (June 9th) we traveled to McPherson, KS with Amy Thompson to celebrate miss Vivi's 1st birthday. The party was luau themed. I was no where near ready to scare anyone in a swim suit, so Isaiah got to experience his FIRST time in the pool with Aunt Meryl :) Had to get this moment on video.

Love his rolls :)

Zaya and Vivi
One of my favorite places in Mac town <3 coffee :)
Since he is almost 5 months old, I wanted to introduce him to some solid food. So we tried it for the FIRST time on 6-23. We started with rice cereal. I can't feed it to him fast enough. He loves it! Momma loves it too because he sleeps so much longer... AMEN! We are still getting up with him once a night.
A bib would have been a good idea. Whoops!
Pretty much all month our lil guy has had trouble breathing and his chest has been filled with junk :( We are still doing the breathing treatments. We've now been referred to see an Asthma/Allergy doctor, so hopefully we can get some answers. On June 29th his chest was rattling more than it ever had so I took him back to see our doc. Isaiah had his FIRST x ray. She wanted to be sure he didn't have pneumonia. Luckily he doesn't. Doc said it's bronchitis. We got sent home with some more amoxicillin. Hopefully it kicks in soon. Poor buddy.
Breathing treatments are a little better while holding a football :)
Since the weather is not conducive for people that are having trouble breathing, we are staying inside.
While playing on the floor Zaya rolled over back to belly (which he's been doing since he was 3 months) but today for the FIRST time he rolled from his belly to his back. I feel like he will be crawling before he sits up. He is all over the place when I put him down on the floor. After some play time on the floor with mom...a nap was needed. Such a sweet sight.
Ahhh...love all the videos!!! I love seeing all the pictures and posts about your little man! Gosh I wanna meet him so bad! I had asthma and allergies as a baby...still do, so I had to do that breathing stuff, but don't worry Ash..I turned out just fine :)
